The Firm assists a large number of private operators involved in various sectors (cement and steel plants, quarries, waste treatment plants, disposal plants, energy production plants, airport operators) with regard to various issues (authorisations, sanctions, relations with the authorities) and assists numerous administrations (Regions, Provinces, Municipalities, public service operators) in the application of the provisions of the Environmental Code and related regulations.

The Firm has consolidated experience in the telecommunications sector, having dealt with numerous issues relating to the application of Legislative Decree 259/2003 (Electronic Communications Code). In particular, the Firm has been providing assistance for over twenty years to a leading national operator in the telecommunications sector and to various local public bodies in resolving problems relating to the location and installation of equipment (Radio Base Stations-SRB), network implementation (fixed and mobile), and the wiring of public and private areas. In-depth experience has been gained with reference to problems relating to possible economic burdens (state fees) connected with the installation of electronic communications infrastructures and plants. Assistance is provided both out-of-court and in court, in the latter case assisting the client before an Administrative Judge, Ordinary Judge and the Public Water Courts.
Criminal law
The firm deals with criminal proceedings relating to charges in the fields of the environment (so-called eco-offences), construction, town planning and public procurement.
Court of auditors
We assist our clients in the early assessment of the existence of liability profiles in relation to administrative procedures, conventions, contracts, concessions and project financing and in accounting, financial and administrative liability proceedings brought by the Public Prosecutor’s Offices operating at the regional and central sections of the Italian Court of Auditors.
