In particular, the Firm has been providing assistance for over twenty years to a leading national operator in the telecommunications sector and to various local public bodies in resolving problems relating to the location and installation of equipment (Radio Base Stations-SRB), network implementation (fixed and mobile), and the wiring of public and private areas. In-depth experience has been gained with reference to problems relating to possible economic burdens (state fees) connected with the installation of electronic communications infrastructures and plants. Assistance is provided both out-of-court and in court, in the latter case assisting the client before an Administrative Judge, Ordinary Judge and the Public Water Courts.
